OUR IDENTITY

Iron Therapy was created by Anthony Antonellis, and myself, Josh Edwards, two brothers with one mission, to help others heal. My brother Anthony gained his wings this year, January 2023, and this company was a dream we both had and planned on starting together. I am truly blessed and honored to carry out this dream into reality.

Here at Iron Therapy, we want everyone to feel welcome, people from all walks of life, all shapes and sizes; everyone belongs, this is a judgment-free zone, and we are body inclusive. Anthony always said that working out was his form of therapy and that it provided him great comfort.

Whether you are a beginner with fitness or have been doing this for years, all are welcome here. Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all; we adapt to every individual’s needs and will do anything we can to help you on your journey. At Iron Therapy, we believe in healing in your own way.
